St. Christopher’s Trust is seeking an experienced and inspirational leader who can guide us through the next stage of our development. As Chair of Directors, I extend a warm welcome to you as you consider this opportunity to lead our Trust and become pivotal in upholding our vision and values.
St. Christopher’s consists of Church of England and community schools, and all share the same vision and values; in fact, we are proud that these are embedded by all Board members and through all levels of the Trust. We strongly believe that every child matters and deserves access to a high quality education with the support necessary for this. It is essential that any new CEO shares these values and passion.
The role of CEO of our Trust requires not only knowledge and experience of leadership in education but also significant commercial acumen. We operate in a challenging financial landscape with many stakeholders: stewarding the Trust in these relationships whilst optimizing limited resources to secure outstanding outcomes for all pupils will require our new CEO to be an exceptional candidate.
St. Christopher’s Trust is currently thriving. We are looking for a new CEO who can spread this message more widely across the region and develop the Trust in a strategic and sustainable manner.
