About the Trust
St Christopher’s Trust is a registered charity working to deliver our vision of ‘Learning to Live Full Lives in Flourishing Communities’ by enabling its schools to work in partnership as communities within communities to provide every pupil with a high-quality, principled education.
As a charitable Trust, we are responsible for providing education across 21 primary schools in Devon, Plymouth and Torbay.
The Trust intentionally keeps its brand in the background, allowing each school to maintain its unique character and context. The focus is on collective impact, ensuring that skills and expertise are shared across all schools. The day-to-day operations of the Trust are managed with the support of skilled leaders in schools and specialised areas of work.
Our Trust is governed by a Board of Directors who believe we are foremost accountable to pupils, their families and our local communities. Each school is represented by local governors, maintaining a strong link to, and voice for, their community.
